We are open 24 hours.
Do I need to book in advance?
Advance booking is recommended. Happy hour rates are booking only, and we do not accept walk-ins for them.

What is the happy hour?
Our daytime happy hour runs daily from 11 AM to 6 PM at our JLT spa, with special rates on selected treatments. See the happy hour rates.
Do you offer a first visit discount?
Yes. You get 20% off your first visit when you book through our website. The offer is valid on your first visit only and cannot be combined with other offers, including the happy hour rates. Mention it when you message us on WhatsApp.
Which treatments do you offer?
We offer body treatments, Moroccan bath, four hands treatment, facial and body care, wellness packages with sauna and jacuzzi, and add-ons. See the full menu.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices are in AED and inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
Do you offer home service?

What should I tell my therapist before a treatment?
Please tell your therapist about any allergies, skin sensitivities, injuries or health conditions before the treatment starts.
Can I add a sauna or jacuzzi to my treatment?
Yes. Sauna and jacuzzi are available as add-ons, and some wellness packages include them. See the menu for details.
Is parking available?
Yes, RTA parking is available.

Yes. Our treatments take place in private rooms.
Can I choose my therapist?
