- Relaxation Treatment: a gentle, calming treatment to help you unwind. Also available at our daytime happy hour rates.
- Deep Tissue Treatment: firmer pressure for tight shoulders, back and legs.
- Signature Warm Oil Treatment: flowing strokes with warm oil.
- Therapeutic Body Treatment: focused work on areas of tension.

Add a quick extra
Add a 30 minute head, neck and shoulder treatment, foot reflexology or facial, or a 15 minute sauna or jacuzzi, to any treatment.
Choosing the right treatment
- For deep relaxation, choose a relaxation or warm oil treatment.
- For tight muscles, choose a deep tissue or therapeutic treatment.
- For a special treat, try a four hands treatment or a Moroccan bath package.

Is there a happy hour?
Yes. Our daytime happy hour runs daily from 11 AM to 6 PM at our JLT spa, with special rates on selected treatments.
