Best Time to Book a Spa in JLT: Daytime vs Evening

Our spa in JLT is open 24 hours, so you can book almost any time of day. The better question is which time suits you. Here is how daytime and evening visits compare.

Daytime: happy hour from 11 AM to 6 PM

Every day from 11 AM to 6 PM we offer happy hour rates on selected treatments. At the time of writing, these include a 30 minute Relaxation Treatment from AED 99, a 60 minute Deep Tissue Treatment and a 45 minute Moroccan Bath. Happy hour is booking only, with no walk-ins.

• Choose daytime if you want lower rates on a single treatment.
• Choose daytime if you want a break in the middle of a busy day or on a day off.

Good to know: the first visit discount cannot be combined with happy hour rates, so choose the one that suits you better.

Evening and late night

Because we are open 24 hours, you can also come after work or late at night, for example to unwind before sleep. Evening and late-night visits are charged at our regular rates, and you can use the first visit discount if it is your first visit.

• Choose the evening if your day is full, or if you want to end the day with a slow, calm treatment.
• Choose a late slot if your schedule is irregular or you are travelling.

How to decide

• Budget first: book the daytime happy hour.
• Schedule first: book the time that fits your day. We are open 24 hours.
• Longer visit or package: a larger package with a Moroccan bath, sauna and jacuzzi needs more time, so choose a slot when you are not in a hurry.

Booking tips

• Advance booking is recommended at any time of day.
• Message us on WhatsApp with the treatment and the time you would like, and we will confirm availability.
• If you would like a particular therapist, tell us in advance.
