How to Choose the Right Massage in JLT

A spa menu can be hard to read when you just want to feel better. Here is a simple way to choose the right massage at our spa in JLT, Dubai, starting with what you want from the visit.

Start with what you want

• To unwind: choose a Relaxation Treatment, a gentle and calming treatment.
• For tight shoulders, back and legs: choose a Deep Tissue Treatment, with firmer pressure.
• For flowing strokes with warm oil: choose the Signature Warm Oil Treatment.
• For focused work on areas of tension: choose the Therapeutic Body Treatment.
• For a special treat: choose a four hands massage, with two therapists working together, or add a Moroccan bath.

Choose your length

Treatments are 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes, depending on the treatment. A 30 minute treatment suits a short reset. A 60 minute treatment is a good place to start if this is your first visit. Choose 90 or 120 minutes when you want more time for deep relaxation or focused work. You can also add a 30 minute head, neck and shoulder treatment, foot reflexology or facial, or a 15 minute sauna or jacuzzi.

Our daytime happy hour runs daily from 11 AM to 6 PM with special rates on selected treatments. It is booking only, with no walk-ins. If you are deciding between day and evening, read the best time to book a spa in JLT.

• Would you like a particular therapist? Message us on WhatsApp in advance and tell us.
• Do you have an injury, allergy or health condition? Tell your therapist before the treatment starts.
